1. Clean teeth (brush and floss)

2. Smile wide, allowing teeth to dry while keeping lips away from teeth

3. Twist pen to dispense gel into brush

4. Apply gel with brush to teeth until the front surface of teeth is covered

5. Keep Smile wide until gel dries onto teeth (30 to 60 seconds)

6. Breath through the mouth allowing oxygen and light to stimulate the gel

7. Do not eat or drink for 30 to 60 minutes

8. Repeat process up to 3 times a day for best results
